Our Functional Muay Thai class is a great workout focused on learning and developing Muay Thai fundamentals and techniques through drills and padwork with the instructor. Using all 8 ‘limbs’, you will get to grips with kicks, knees, punches and elbows, to learn the proper balance and mechanics of practical combos.
You will learn in a fun and friendly atmosphere, and our facility has all the equipment you will need for your lesson.
