Free Running is a fantastic, all-round activity for any child, as it will help develop their confidence, motor and social skills and their joy of movement, by navigating through a series of obstacles as fast as possible.
During the classes, kids will be shown a range of conditioning exercises to improve their body co-ordination, build strength and increase flexibility.
They will learn fundamental Free Running/Parkour movements including:
– Balance
– Landing
– Jumping
– Climbing
– Vaulting
Best of all, kids will learn all of this in a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere!
