You will be taken through multiple boxing techniques and drills with a Thai National boxing champion, who will also help you progress with your goals in both fitness and boxing.

 

Boxing is fantastic for an all-over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina. It allows you to develop superior upper body strength, core strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness and improved posture all at the same time, and is great for all ages and fitness levels.
